Shipping & Pickup Policy
We offer both shipping and in-store pickup for orders placed on our website.
Shipping
Orders that require shipping will be processed after payment is confirmed. Shipping times and costs vary based on the selected service and destination. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been handed over.
In-Store Pickup
Orders marked for in-store pickup must be collected in person at our retail location. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders are considered fulfilled once the merchandise has been released to the customer at pickup.
By selecting in-store pickup at checkout, the customer acknowledges that the order is completed upon pickup and is not eligible for shipping-related claims.
Order Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped or picked up in store, responsibility for the merchandise transfers to the customer.
